Whether you have a question about one of our products, need help setting something up, or have run into something that doesn’t seem to be working the way it should, we’re here to help. Macin’ products are designed to feel simple and natural on your Mac, but we know that every setup is different and occasionally things need a little extra attention. If you’re having trouble with installation, macOS permissions, activating a product, accessing a feature, downloading an update, or anything else, reach out and tell us what’s going on. Even if you’re not sure exactly what the problem is, that’s completely fine — just describe what you’re seeing and we’ll help you figure out the next step.
The easiest way to get support is to email us at ilhangocen@turnnd.com. When reaching out, let us know which Morf product you’re using, what version of macOS you’re running, and a short description of what happened. If there’s something visual going wrong, including a screenshot or short screen recording can make it much easier for us to understand the issue and get you an answer quickly. You can also contact us about purchases, licenses, moving a license to another Mac, downloads, updates, compatibility, or general questions about any of our products. You don’t need to worry about finding a different email address for different types of questions — everything can come through the same place.
Every support message is read, and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Macin’ is a growing collection of Mac utilities, and hearing from the people who actually use them is also an important part of making the products better. So support isn’t limited to things that are broken. If something feels confusing, you think an interaction could be improved, you have an idea for a feature, or you simply want to share feedback about one of our products, we’d like to hear it.
